The Process: from meeting to delivery
Initial Meeting
After your initial inquiry, I’ll invite you to do n phone or in person consultation and studio tour so we can make sure my services and style will be the right fit for you and your family.
We will discuss the process of the photo shoot from start to finish, so you’ll know exactly what to expect when the big day comes. I truly believe that it is so important for my clients to meet me beforehand, so you’ll feel comfortable with me for the day of your session. As a mom of three, I know how important the comfort factor with adults is for your little ones!
Ready to book
Your session fee is due upon booking. For newborn sessions I will put your due date on my calendar. Once baby is born, you’ll get in touch with me and at that point we will schedule a time within 5 – 15 days after baby’s birth for you to come in to do your newborn session.

Since this is a full service experience, outfits are provided for your entire family. I will discuss colors and outfit selections with you during the consultation. There is a beautiful selection of clothing pieces for mom, dad, kids and baby, all solid color pieces in neutral tones, allowing for a timeless, classic feel.
Your session day | Atlanta newborn portrait studio
The big day is finally here! Try to relax and not stress about anything…I’ve got you covered! A relaxed mom and dad create a carefree environment, necessary for the best portraits possible.
When you arrive at the studio please notify me so I can meet you outside to help assist you and your family to get inside and bring anything in that you may have.
Presentation of gallery and ordering your images
The viewing and ordering appointment will be scheduled approximately one to two weeks after your portrait session. You’ll love this experience! This day is known as, “Reveal Day”! This is where we will view your gallery and order luxurious products to decorate your home with.

Dress your walls and home! Casey McMinn Photography is a full service studio, providing you with the most premium and luxurious products to dress and decorate your home with.
Canvas Wall Collage
The canvas wall collage is perfect in any home and looks amazing in your main living spaces, or, the nursery.
Heirloom Albums
Premium albums add a beautiful touch to any home and displays beautifully on your bookcase shelves, or, out on your coffee table.
Wall Art
Premium heirloom wall art is available in several sizes and finishes. Choose the size that will fit your wall best, then choose your finish – acrylic, canvas or board back.
Investment
A paid session fee and signed contract reserves your spot on my calendar. Session fees include a pre consultation to fully customize your session, the shooting time, family posing, parent posing, solo posing, multiple set ups and backdrops, access to my extensive prop collections and outfits for baby, access to my client wardrobe for family clothing, professional retouching of your images, professional designing of your products, hand delivery of products, refreshments during your session and your ordering appointment, hair and makeup for maternity and newborn clients.
