The Studio Retainer secures your exclusive date on our calendar and encompasses the full concierge journey. This covers the comprehensive orchestration of your portrait commission, including:
- The Strategic Design Consultation: A dedicated phone consultation to align on the creative vision, discuss the architectural aesthetic of your home, and coordinate your wardrobe selections from our curated studio collection.
- The Wardrobe & Artistry: Access to our curated studio wardrobe and on-site professional hair and makeup artistry to ensure a flawless, editorial result.
- The Creative Commission: Your guided portrait session, managed with master-level baby soothing and precision lighting.
- The Grand Reveal & Design Premiere: Two weeks following your commission, you will return to the studio for a private cinematic presentation of your gallery.
THE PREMIER EXPERIENCE: VIEWING & ORDERING | $2500 +
The journey culminates in your Design Premiere. In this dedicated appointment, we will view your final images together in a cinematic format. As your art consultant, I will guide you through the curation of your images, to visualize your portraits on your own home’s walls.
We will finalize your selection of museum-grade wall art and handcrafted heirlooms, ensuring that your investment perfectly complements your estate’s design. This is a white-glove service designed to remove the guesswork, leaving you with a completed, physical legacy.
Artistic collections begin at $2,500. Most families choose to invest between $4,000 and $9,000 to fully preserve their legacy through custom-designed wall galleries and handcrafted heirloom albums.
(Note: The Studio Retainer covers the studio’s time, expertise, and concierge services; digital and physical art are selected separately during your Design Premiere.)
While most families prefer the curated environment and full-service amenities of our private Woodstock studio, on-location commissions at your private estate are available for an additional travel and logistical fee. We prioritize your discretion and privacy regardless of the setting.

WHAT KIND OF PRINTED PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER AT YOUR MATERNITY, NEWBORN AND MILESTONE PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO?
Wall art including acrylic, canvas and board back. Albums and canvas wall collages. Our most popular products are canvas wall collages and albums.
WHEN DO WE GET TO SEE OUR PICTURES AND ORDER PRINTS / PRODUCTS?
The ordering appointment will be scheduled a 1-2 weeks after your session where you will view your gallery and purchase prints / products.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO GET NEWBORN PORTRAITS TAKEN?
Newborn sessions are done within 5 - 20 days after baby's birth. I put your due date on my calendar and once baby is born you'll notify me. At that point we will schedule a day for you to come to the studio for your newborn session.
WHAT ARE SOME TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL NEWBORN SESSION?
Just make sure you feed baby right before the session so they're good and full. If baby likes a pacifier bring a couple of those as well. Make sure to bring any formula or breast milk in case we need to feed baby during the shoot. Other than that you don't need to worry about anything else...I will take care of the rest. During the shoot I use a small heater and sound machine to create a warm, cozy environment for baby. If your baby likes pacifiers, I keep extras at the studio in case you forget yours.
WHAT TIME OF DAY ARE SESSIONS PHOTOGRAPHED?
All sessions start at 10 am at the studio.
ARE ALL SESSIONS DONE IN THE STUDIO?
Yes, all maternity, newborn and milestone photography sessions are done in the studio.

DO YOU HAVE A SPACE IN YOUR STUDIO FOR ME TO CHANGE BABY'S DIAPER, FEED THEM, ETC?
Yes, there is a changing table with diapers, wipes and diaper cream for changing baby. There is a couch and chairs for feeding baby and a bottle warmer as well.
