The Studio Retainer secures your exclusive date on our calendar and encompasses the full concierge journey. This covers the comprehensive orchestration of your portrait commission, including:

The journey culminates in your Design Premiere. In this dedicated appointment, we will view your final images together in a cinematic format. As your art consultant, I will guide you through the curation of your images, to visualize your portraits on your own home’s walls.
We will finalize your selection of museum-grade wall art and handcrafted heirlooms, ensuring that your investment perfectly complements your estate’s design. This is a white-glove service designed to remove the guesswork, leaving you with a completed, physical legacy.
Artistic collections begin at $2,500. Most families choose to invest between $4,000 and $9,000 to fully preserve their legacy through custom-designed wall galleries and handcrafted heirloom albums.
(Note: The Studio Retainer covers the studio’s time, expertise, and concierge services; digital and physical art are selected separately during your Design Premiere.)
While most families prefer the curated environment and full-service amenities of our private Woodstock studio, on-location commissions at your private estate are available for an additional travel and logistical fee of $1500. We prioritize your discretion and privacy regardless of the setting.

WHEN IS THE PRIVATE GALLERY PREMIERE?
Your cinematic ordering appointment is hosted at the studio approximately 1–2 weeks following your portrait session. This is a dedicated design consultation where we will view your curated gallery together and finalize the selection of your legacy art pieces.
WHEN SHOULD THE NEWBORN COMMISSION BE SCHEDULED?
To ensure availability on our exclusive studio calendar, we recommend initiating your inquiry and securing your commission at the beginning of your second trimester. Newborn commissions are ideally conducted between 5 and 20 days of life to capture the purest essence of infancy. We record your estimated due date upon booking to prioritize your placement on the studio calendar; once your child arrives, we finalize your session date for an effortless transition into the studio.
HOW DO WE ENSURE A SEAMLESS STUDIO EXPERIENCE?
We curate every detail so you can simply arrive and be present. To ensure a tranquil environment, we recommend a full feeding just prior to arrival. The studio is a fully-appointed sanctuary, meticulously climate-controlled and equipped with every professional necessity—including soothing soundscapes and premium infant essentials—allowing you to relax while we orchestrate every nuance of the session.
WHEN DOES THE COMMISSION BEGIN?
To utilize the most refined natural and studio light, all commissions begin promptly at 10:00 AM.
