Maternity Photographers Atlanta | Nicole’s studio maternity session was BEAUTIFUL! Nicole slayed her Atlanta maternity session, to say the least. Coming from Buckhead, GA it was an easy drive for her into our Marietta, GA portrait studio location.
At 30 weeks pregnant, this was the perfect time for her maternity session. Nicole and her husband have decided to wait until birth to see if they’re having a boy or girl. I cannot wait to hear what they have!
Typically, 30 – 36 weeks is best for maternity photography. This is the time that you’ll have a nice baby bump and you will still be feeling pretty comfortable. Or, not too uncomfortable…we all know the last few weeks of pregnancy can be tough! Therefore, coming in during the 30 – 36 week window is perfect!

For Nicole’s session, we played with a few different ways to silhouette she and her beautiful baby bump. Que the Alicia Keys song, “This girl is on fire”!
Fabric throw maternity poses
Playing with chiffon fabric is one of my favorite things to incorporate at our Atlanta maternity photography studio. The fabric draped so nicely over Nicole’s cute little baby bump. I’m absolutely loving the colors of fabric she chose! For some of the shots, my lovely assistant would throw the fabric and for others, we simply draped the fabric over Nicole.

The experience at our studio is like none other. As an Atlanta maternity photographer and mother of my own three children, I want nothing, but the most luxurious experience for my clients. While pregnancy is a beautiful thing, it is also a lot to endure, which is why we want to pamper you from start to finish!
When Nicole arrived to the studio she had her hair and makeup done by the amazing Brooke Bullard Beauty. Brooke is one of our onsite hair and makeup artists! After being pampered with hair and makeup we began the session and completed many different looks. My assistant and I made sure Nicole had everything she needed throughout the session. The three of us had so much fun – the laughs and girl talk was so good for my soul!
After the silhouettes and fabric shots, we moved on to maternity gown shots. Our Atlanta maternity photography studio is full service. Meaning, we provide you with everything from start to finish, hair and makeup PLUS all the maternity gowns, props, etc. Nicole selected a white sheer cap sleeve gown, a mauve colored dress and a green velvet maternity gown. They all looked absolutely stunning on her!

We are an Atlanta maternity photographer who is in high demand. As we are already booking into Fall 2023, our schedule is quite limited. Therefore, if you’d like to schedule a session with us, you’ll need to reach out as soon as possible, to ensure availability. For a maternity session please reach out no later than your 2nd trimester and for a newborn session please get in touch no later than your 20 week mark. You are able to secure your spot on our calendar for your future session date.
