Casey McMinn Photography is a full-service studio from start to finish, providing premium high-touch service from initial inquiry to prints in hand. You’ll receive fine art prints and heirloom products meant to be cherished and passed down for generations to come. If you’re looking for a high-end, signature experience for you and your family, you’re in the right place!
After your initial inquiry, I’ll invite you to do an in-person consultation and studio tour so we can make sure my services and style will be the right fit for you and your family.
The in-person consultation is when we will discuss the process of the photo shoot from start to finish, so you’ll know exactly what to expect when the big day comes. I truly believe that it is so important for my clients to meet me in person, so you’ll feel comfortable with me for the day of your shoot.
As a mom of two with one on the way, I know how important the comfort factor with adults is for your little ones!
Your session fee is due upon booking. For newborn shoots I will put your due date on my calendar. Once baby is born, you’ll get in touch with me and at that point we will schedule a time within 5 – 15 days after baby’s birth for you to come in to do your newborn shoot.
When thinking about outfits to wear for your shoot, stick to solid color pieces in neutral tones. This will look best for your portraits. For newborn shoots, don’t worry about clothing for baby as I will use clothing pieces and swaddles from the inventory in my studio. For maternity shoots, you will have access to a variety of gowns.

The big day is finally here! Try to relax and not stress about outfits or your kiddos. A relaxed mom and dad create a carefree environment, necessary for the best portraits possible.
For studio shoots please notify me when you arrive so I can meet you outside to help assist you and your family to get inside and bring anything in that you may have. For on location shoots I will meet you at a meeting spot decided on prior to the shoot.
Your viewing and ordering appointment will be scheduled approximately one to two weeks after your portrait session. You’ll love this experience! This is where we will view your gallery on the reveal wall and order prints and products to decorate your home with.
