About prenatal vitamins and when to start taking them

Taking prenatal vitamins is essential for a healthy pregnancy. Prenatal vitamins are formulated to provide the necessary vitamins and minerals that support the growth and development of the fetus. They are also important for the health of the mother. If you’ve found this list before pregnancy, you’re definitely on the right track!
