Newborn photography Canton, GA. Margaret’s newborn portrait session was an in home newborn session. That is where I bring my studio set up to you.
Most clients come to the studio, however, some prefer in home. That is definitely an option.
I photographed Margaret’s sweet parents for their engagement portraits years ago. Since then I’ve photographed big sister with Santa Clause and finally, baby sister’s newborn session.
I’ve really enjoyed watching this family grow and absolutely cannot wait for our next session!

The thought behind Margaret’s newborn session setup
After you hire Casey McMinn Photography to do your newborn portraits the next step is to do a consultation call.
Why is this important?
Many reasons. For example, so we can get to know each other, leaving you feeling completely comfortable with me handling your new baby. Moreover, so we can discuss colors and themes throughout your home. Lastly, so I can get a good sense of what your dream vision is.
Why do I need to know your colors and themes? To create the most beautiful portraits for you. As a result they will look amazing when hung up on your walls. They’ll compliment your home so nicely!
Our studio is a high end, full service, luxury portrait studio. We provide everything from start to finish. You’ll choose from many luxurious wall art options and top of the line, heirloom albums.
As a result, you won’t have to worry or stress about anything. After all, that’s my job!
Margaret’s mom let me know that they are very girly. She, similarly (as do I!), loves all shades of pink. Her nursery had an entire wall of pink foam flowers. It was right behind her crib, It was so beautiful!
Then we discussed the rest of her home. In the main living spaces of their home their walls are painted light grey.
Here’s how we incorporated the nursery theme and colors in their home. As a result creating beautiful pieces of artwork!

The family poses with an older sibling is always so sweet. Big sister Josephine was too cute! We got some really sweet shots of her kissing and checking out baby sister.
I’m loving the outfit mom chose for big sis! I’ve decided I need to buy one for the studio to add to my inventory of clothing.
Big sister threw her arms up in the air showing off her big sister status. Then she came in close for some kisses and lastly, snuggles. How cute is she?!

Since I provide a high end, full service luxury studio experience, I only take on a limited number of sessions each month you’ll want to make sure you book your maternity session when you’ve hit 15 – 20 weeks and book your newborn session no later than your 25 weeks mark. This will ensure availability for your session so you won’t miss out.
