Casey McMinn Photography is a full-service studio from start to finish, providing premium high-touch service from initial inquiry to prints in hand. You’ll receive fine art prints and heirloom products meant to be cherished and passed down for generations to come. If you’re looking for a high-end, signature experience for you and your family, you’re in the right place!

From start to finish, I’ve got you covered. The studio is equipped with everything you’ll need for your newborn session, plus comforts to make your visit stress free, including refreshments for your family, as well as a changing table complete with diapers, wipes, lotions, creams, and a bottle warmer for baby.

The Process:

Initial Meeting:

After your initial inquiry, I’ll invite you to do an phone or in person consultation and studio tour so we can make sure my services and style will be the right fit for you and your family. 

The consultation is when we will discuss the process of the photo shoot from start to finish, so you’ll know exactly what to expect when the big day comes. I truly believe that it is so important for my clients to meet me beforehand, whether it be over the phone or in person, so you’ll feel comfortable with me for the day of your session.

As a mom of three, I know how important the comfort factor with adults is for your little ones!

Ready to Book:

Your session fee is due upon booking. For newborn sessions I will put your due date on my calendar. Once baby is born, you’ll get in touch with me and at that point we will schedule a time within 5 – 15 days after baby’s birth for you to come in to do your newborn session. 

Prepping for Your Session:

Since this is a full service experience, outfits are provided for your entire family. I will discuss colors and outfit selections with you during the consultation. There is a beautiful selection of clothing pieces for mom, dad, kids and baby, all solid color pieces in neutral tones, allowing for a timeless, classic feel. 

Your Session Day:

The big day is finally here! Try to relax and not stress about anything…I’ve got you covered! A relaxed mom and dad create a carefree environment, necessary for the best portraits possible.
When you arrive at the studio please notify me so I can meet you outside to help assist you and your family to get inside and bring anything in that you may have. 

Presentation of Gallery and Ordering of Images:

The viewing and ordering appointment will be scheduled approximately one to two weeks after your portrait session. You’ll love this experience! This day is known as, “Reveal Day”! This is where we will view your gallery on the reveal wall and order luxurious products and prints to decorate your home with. 

DRESS YOUR WALLS

Casey McMinn Photography is a full service studio, providing you with the most premium and luxurious products to dress and decorate your home with.

The canvas wall collage is perfect in any home and looks amazing in your main living spaces, or, the nursery.

Premium albums add a beautiful touch to any home and displays beautifully on your bookcase shelves, or, out on your coffee table.

Premium mat folio prints are ready for you to see at your viewing and ordering appointment, adorning the reveal wall. These beautifully matted prints are ready to frame for a gallery wall in your home, or, use as keepsakes to look through for years to come.

+ Newborn sessions are done in my studio in Marietta, GA and are done between 5 – 15 days old
+ Investment starts with a session fee and a collection fee 
+ Session Fee of $175 is due at booking to reserve your spot on my calendar. Prints, products and digitals sold separately and are purchased at your viewing and ordering appointment.
+ Your viewing and ordering appointment will take place 1 – 2 weeks after your portrait session 

Because I provide a luxury full-service experience for each family I work with, I’m only able to take on a select number of clients each month.
